Hipoteca para segunda vivienda

Las hipotecas destinadas a la compra de una segunda vivienda suelen tener unos tipos más elevados y un plazo y porcentaje menor de financiación. 

Se imponen unos intereses más elevados, en principio, porque se trata de un inmueble “capricho”, no siendo una necesidad. 

Por otra parte la razón fundamental de limitar el porcentaje de tasación financiado y el plazo se debe a que, en caso de dificultades económicas, se impaga primero la hipoteca de la segunda vivienda que la de la vivienda habitual y, además, en tiempo de crisis suelen ser más difíciles de recolocar si se la adjudica el banco.

Ordenanzas municipales

Artículo 32. Queda prohibido terminantemente:

1.º Colocar puestos de cualquier clase en la calzada de las vías.

2.º La instalación de ningún saliente fuera de los haces de 1as fachadas, obligando, asimismo, a los dependientes

de las tiendas a que permanezcan en el interior de los establecimientos.

3.º Colocar en las calles o plazas objetos que obstruyan el tránsito, salvo las vallas o palenques para obras, que

se regulan en las Ordenanzas de la Edificación.

4.º Secar ropas en los balcones.

5.º Sacudir prendas o alfombras por balcones o ventanas a la vía pública, fuera de las horas señaladas, o sea, de

siete a nueve de la mañana, en verano, y de ocho a diez, en invierno.

Los habitantes de cuartos interiores podrán efectuar la operación de sacudido al patio en las horas arriba

indicadas, una vez transcurridas las cuales los porteros están obligados a efectuar la limpieza de dichos patios

como exigen la sanidad y la higiene.

5.º Las personas que ocupen patios exteriores no podrán sacudir las ropas por las ventanas del patio.

6.º Colgar prendas o cualesquiera otros efectos u objetos en las fachadas de las casas, en las puertas de las tiendas, en las rejas, en los pisos bajos o en los portales.

Espiral

Una espiral es una línea curva generada por un punto que se va alejando progresivamente del centro a la vez que gira alrededor de él. 

Parece que en muchos lugares representaba el ciclo "nacimiento-muerte-renacimiento" así como al Sol, que se creía seguía ese mismo ciclo, naciendo cada mañana, muriendo cada noche y renaciendo a la mañana siguiente.

La Hija de Dios

Por su situación geográfica (1.200 m de altitud) y la excelente calidad del cielo, gracias a la ausencia de contaminación y a la escasa perturbación del alumbrado público, la localidad de La Hija de Dios fue elegida sede del Centro Astronómico de Ávila. Esta actividad comenzó hace ahora diez años cuando se buscaban supernovas y otros objetos lejanos. Actualmente la actividad astronómica se reserva al estudio de galaxias y cuásares.
